The Food Institute is providing ISU students and facultyaccess with the editorial content of the Food Institute free of charge compliments of Kraft Foods. The annual membership with access to member files usually costs $795!
These materials include access to their website (www.foodinstitute.com), the Food Institute Report (a weekly analytical publication), Today In Food daily electronic newsletter, and participation in a webinar series on food industry subjects.
Please contact Dr. Aslihan Spaulding and let her know if you incorporate any of their materials in your studies. She will report usage to the Food Coalition at their next meeting.
