Career Day

The Department of Agriculture hosts a Career Day each year to provide students valuable networking opportunities with companies from all areas of the agriculture industry.

Who is involved?

All agriculture majors are invited and encouraged to attend. Professional attire is strongly recommended and students seeking internships and/or full-time employment are encouraged to bring several copies of their current resume.

When and where:

Career Day is held each year during the first week of October in Ropp Agriculture Building.

Scholarships The Department of Agriculture offers a variety of scholarships to currently enrolled students and students entering the Department as freshmen or community college transfers. Scholarships for currently enrolled students. Recipients must be full-time students with a declared major in Agriculture. Recipients must have an established ISU grade point average. Awards are made annually in May.
